I have the education and the experience to safely lead you through a program that is individually designed to meet your needs. I will provide a healthy coaching relationship that will allow us to communicate effectively over the phone, messaging, video, and email.

IN STUDIO TRAINING
Fitness training for individuals and small groups that prefer to workout in private.
Clients who have physical limitations, movement compensations and/or joint replacement(s) will benefit from this one on one training. I am currently training clients who have had double hip replacements, double knee replacements and shoulder replacements. I can pick up where physical therapy left off and help you complete your recovery.

I graduated with my bachelor's degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. I am certified through NASM as a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist. I am a certified MovNat level 2 trainer.
